This ensures we look at all the factors relevant to you, your injury, healing and experience of pain, and plan to meet your needs instead of applying the same routine to all patients suffering from the ‘same' symptoms.

Most of our patients experience significant improvements within 1-3 sessions, a complete course of treatment is 6-10 sessions or less. We help solve our patients injuries, aches and pains by addressing the root cause of the problem, as well as relieving the symptoms.

Our style of treatment is Structural and Biomechanical. The treatment modalities we use include; Osteopathic soft tissue mobilisation and joint manipulation techniques, deep tissue and sports massage, taping, foot orthotic prescription, exercise coaching, ergonomics and video analysis. Cranial and Pediatric treatment is not available at Performance Osteopathy.
