Perk of the Job is a new way to learn and develop.
There are 2 main barriers to training and development. No time and No budget!
Perk of the Job provides bite-size on-line learning where delegates can learn personal and business development skills in 15/20 minutes. Our system keeps track of all of the topics that each delegate has read and completed and our Personal Action Plans enable these delegates to continue to develop using their own personal action plans.
Our specially tailored material is a concise, straight to the point collection of JUST THE FACTS. This allows new key skills to be learned that can be immediately transferred into the workplace.
