I ordered the white large head long stem rose sympathy spray, sadly the quality was terrible cheap tiny roses tied with string nothing like the picture online, although a refund was promptly made when i complained the embarressment of these flowers on the day of the funeral sadly cannot be refunded or compensated, i would not use this florist again.
