About Me

Are you looking for an experienced, qualified, empathetic Adolescent & Adult Counsellor in Stanmore, Middlesex? I can provide you with a chance to talk about any difficulties and challenges that may be worrying you, in a confidential and safe environment. Together we will try to understand what is going on for you and work on the changes you wish to make. I will use my experience to help you feel comfortable, set your goals and work at your own pace.

I have worked as a Counsellor for the last 20 years. I offer counselling and consultations to Adults, Adolescents and Parents. I have worked as a Counsellor in a mainstream secondary school, a PRU with Adolescents who found mainstream education very challenging, Adults in a Private Health Care setting and a Counselling Agency for Adults.

I have lots of experience of the pressures adults face, including depression, anxiety, stress, family issues, divorce and separation, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, issues with body image, bereavement and loss.

I also have a wide understanding of issues young people and their families face, and can help with many problems including family relationships, anger, bullying, trauma, stress & anxiety, depression, exam pressure, self harm, ethnic differences, issues with food and image, self esteem, friendship issues, bereavement, separation & divorce.

I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework, attend regular Supervision with a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist & Training Psychoanalyst and have regular CPD training.

I offer counselling to Adults, Adolescents and Parents at my private practice in Stanmore, Middlesex.
