I have worked in travel for many years. Being a Personal Travel Agent gives me more time to find the right holiday for my clients, I can concentrate on their personal needs to find them their ideal holiday.

Travelling has always been a passion of mine and I understand the importance of good customer service when dealing with clients travel arrangements. I believe it is important to go that extra mile when dealing with my clients and is probably why I have clients return to me year on year with their travel requirements.

It's about understanding each persons individual needs and accommodating them. I have a family member with special needs and therefore know how important arranging wheelchair carriage or wheelchair assistance and medications can be.
