Mice in my house

Fixed most of the issues
They not only fixed most of the issues in our main problem area, the kitchen, but they also walked around the whole house to find that we had mouse droppings in some other rooms.

Allen is great
Allen (our usual exterminator) is the BEST! He is so thorough, that I refuse to use anyone else and will work around his schedule to have him treat our house. I've spoken to the manager (Patrick) about how I feel about having Allen come out to my house- even though it may not be his assigned route. Patrick and Allen are extremely accommodating because, I'm able to get the tech I'm requesting...even if I have to wait- it's ok.

I have been their customer since 2009
I have been their customer since 2009. Randy has been doing a great job over many years monitoring the termite stations at my home. Knowledgeable about many other pest issues around the home for some good advice, and I have learned quite a bit from my conversations with Randy. Good guy..always enjoying seeing him.

Bed bugs
To make a long story short, due to having had bedbugs at a prior residence, once my husband found a bug I KNEW what it was...a bed bug. I called this company and they saved my day. Big thanks guys!

Another job well done
I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. Their office staff is always very nice and the technicians they send out are just the same. Today, the technician that came to service my home was Jammie. He did a very thorough job checking my bait boxes and treating for ants and spiders. I am very satisfied with the service. Another job well done by such a great company!
