roach + mouse extermination
I know this company for a long time from the problem I faced with cockroach in my rented house in Stepney, then when I moved to my new house at The City, they made sure that no cockroach can refuge to my new house; recently we found mice poops around our house,and we called them.They immediately taken action, and I am positive whatever treatment technician has done is going to take care of the mice problem in my house.

cockroach elimination
I thought I saw a cockroach in our basement so I went onto the network and found Pest Control Chelsea. Serviceman was professional and very knowledgeable about all kinds of insects and gave me a real education! He told me my options and explained that his special mix of spray would not harm myself, my family or my pet, which I really appreciated. His service was more expensive than I thought it would be but because he made me feel safe, secure and that not only could I trust him but that I could call him ANY time with questions or concerns, I think it was well worth it.

infestation
We had an infestation a few months back. We called a bunch of companies and Pest Control Chelsea was the only one to respond quickly. Technician came right away and took care of the problem. He was incredibly professional, prompt and thorough, as well as very knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Rats, lots of them
Vary Friendly, Vary professional , the problem was solved vary fast. Removed any rat problem i ever had. I have never seen a rat ever again. I definitely would use PCC again. There the best.

Mice "Removal"
We had mice that we thought we were never going to get rid off, we had tried catching them ourselves, calling in a large big name mouse removal company and nothing had worked until we called PCC. They came the next day, were on time, polite and a clean worker. We have children and they were careful to ensure their safety was his number one concern. I would recommend them!

I found this company pleasant, professional and punctual. Furthermore, he is honest...when he realized how small my place was he reduced the price to be commensurate with the amount of time he would have to spend. He also provides a 6 month guarantee. He is a small business person who is keeping his eye on providing a good service, I would recommend him.
