I will definitely use this service
Bernie was very professional, courteous and helpful. He showed me how to fix my problem spots around the house and explained how to best get rid of the critters that are already in. So far, I have had good success using his suggestions. I will definitely use this services again in the future.

An ant problem
We had an ant problem in our new apartment that was seriously apocalyptic! Phillip happily came multiple times to our place to make sure we didn't have the little buggers making a nuisance of themselves. He did a very good job.

We like the job that their serviceman did.Right from the start he was refreshingly honest and informative about our rat problem. He didn't try to sell us some long-term monthly contract like everyone else we called, and his rates beat everyone hands-down. He is very polite with a good sense of humor and always showed up on-time and on-schedule. I seriously believe he solved our problem quicker and better than any other company out there could have because his level of service and commitment was just awesome. He gave us more than our money's worth and I would highly recommend him to anyone with any pest problem you need solved and done right. This guy really knows his stuff.

Situation is under control
Royce was very knowledgeable and explained everything to our satisfaction. He had to correct some mistakes made by the first guy, though. So, on the second try, we finally got the situation under control.
