Their services are very competitive
They are the greatest! They call ahead to remind you, they keep you informed of the insect status. They take the time to explain what is happening and answer any questions or concerns you have and their services are very competitive!

These guys really go the extra mile
Not only did they eliminate my bed bug infestation after two treatments (it usually takes three treatments to get rid of these suckers), they gave me warehouse pricing on bed bug rated boxspring and mattress covers. When I came home after the final treatment, Rafael had put the covers on FOR me! These guys really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied.

Overall it was a great experience
The person I spoke with over the phone was very kind and helpful and was able to give me very detailed information on what to expect . When the technician came out he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. He was even able to determine where the rodents were coming from and set traps on that same day. Overall it was a great experience and will use them again if the need arises.

Extremely professional
They treated our pest problem and I was truly impressed with the concern that they showed. They were extremely professional, courteous and friendly!! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get rid of their pest problem!!

Again thanks for a good job
Your service performed at our residence was great! The two service men did their work, then discussed and explained what they were doing. They were extremely careful when they had to move furniture, drapes, etc. They also said that if there were any problems, or if we felt that they had missed anything, to call the office and they would promptly return. Again thanks for a good job!
