spraying in my house
We had hard wood floors installed that came with powder post beetle eggs in side! It was nightmare. We had a few carpenter ants in the house too.This company fixed both problems with one visit, and was great to deal with - professional and polite. They were also very thorough in telling about child-safety issues regarding the pesticides, which we appreciated.

professional staff
On the treatment day it started to rain and our technician explained that he would use water activated granules and respray in a week. True to his work he came back in a week and I elected to not spay as no pests had been observed. Great company to deal with and professional employees.

Rodent and pest control
Okay...I've finally found a high-end professional exterminator. I didn't know there was such a thing till we had a trouble. We tried two companies already and they send over thugs that scared both my wife and I. This company was professional and easy to talk to and their technician, was very helpful. He solved our roach and mice problems and we are very very happy!

Roach problem
This company came and treated my apartment for roaches a few days ago. Unlike the exterminator my building management company hired, this company was very friendly and able to answer all my questions regarding the chemicals they used. My kids liked them and they enjoyed talking to them.

Squirrel in attic
We heard some noises in the attic and thought it might be squirrels (lots of those in the neighbourhood). I looked around for signs of entry, couldn't find one. When I called PCS, they were able to identify the access point within minutes of arriving. They set up a trap door and came back a couple of days later to retrieve it and to repair the damaged area. They are friendly, knowledgeable and reliable.

Removal of Birds from dryer vent
wanted birds removed from dryer vent before they laid their eggs. Knew the type of birds and eggs would not have been laid yet. next days service, fast and efficient.Put screen around vent to prevent further bird nesting. No more loud chirping at 6am.

ant infestation
I found this company to be professional and reliable. They were able to come promptly to treat the ant infestation. They even came back quickly when I called them to respray when the ants returned.

Mice removal
While on vacation, we found out that mice had moved into our home. This company was there before we returned, installing traps and setting up preventative measures. I think what is distinctive about them is their commitment to customer service - they impressed us with their speed and quality of response.
