mouse problem
We called this company the evening we discovered our mouse problem and serviceman showed up within the hour to help. He did a fantastic job and was a consummate professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and within minutes had figured out where the problem was. After checking the entire house he plugged up holes, put down poison and helped clean everything up. He answered all of our questions and really made us feel better. We haven't had a problem since and would absolutely call them again.

ant issue
We called this company on the last day of a holiday weekend when we found an infestation of carpenter ants and were worried it was termites. Within an hour, serviceman was at our home, identified the problem and took immediate action, following up with more in-depth action the next day. He appeared reliable, friendly, caring, and best of all, the problem seems to be resolved. We wholeheartedly recommend them!!

Thorough job
I called this morning to request service for our home and the company accommodated my request despite that it was on short notice and the technician came on time. He did an excellent job on our home. My husband who is a very observant person notice and told me that the technician did a thorough and good job on our pest problem. Technician explains the work he did. and aside from being an exemplary worker he is very courteous and has a very likable and pleasant personality . I will recommend him and the company to my relatives and friends.

OUSTANDING
Pest Control Watford seems to love their job which translates into them doing an OUTSTANDING job. They spend the time needed to take care of any problems we might have and also comes out a second time during the month if needed. They are also very knowledgeable about bugs and their profession, and are very polite.Thanks

These guys are great and super helpful! We had an unwanted pest and they were prompt to schedule and in-home inspection and soon after the treatment date. They walked us through their procedures and treatments step-by-step and have continued to advise and answer my questions even after their visits.They are friendly bunch and know what they're talking about.

Carpenter Bees
I had a problem with carpenter bees and called PCW around 2:00 PM. Serviceman came to assess the problem by 5:00 PM and dusted the area that had been bored out by the bee. He was personable , polite and very helpful, saying that he would gladly return if the problem reoccurs. This isn't the first time I deal with these guys and they are absolutely the best. Thanks again

Mice & Roach control
My house had both a mice and roach problem. PCW was able to solve our problems quickly and professionally. Serviceman doesn't just install mice traps. He gets into the areas that mice travel and uses a high-grade mice poison. Problem solved.

Ant removal
We had an ant problem two years in a row and upon the second infestation, this company came promptly to remedy the problem and did not charge us the full rate even though their services were past the guarantee. Technician was very professional and friendly.

Carpenter Ant Removal
This company was great to work with from start to finish. Technician was responsive, professional and and flexible with my schedule. Inspection and treatment began and finished on schedule and I have full confidence that I will not have any further issues. I highly recommend them and will call them again if I need them again future - but hopefully that is not necessary. ;)
