Great carpets, nice people
I had excellent choices, good advice, prompt service and friendly folk to deal with. What's not to like?!

Poor customer service
Fine until there's a problem and then show no interest in resolving the issue. Laid the wrong carpet in our house and, despite us asking them to come and remove it, they then used our credit card details to take a payment of £400 without our permission. Would not use again.
