Jack of all trades, king of none

A total con artist. Extremely unprofessional and deceiving individual who is just out to take your hard earned money. He actually runs a fish and chip shop but claims to know about building work/cleaning. Was supposed to complete a small refurb job two weeks ago, which we have paid thousands of pounds for already to him to buy material and for his apparent labourers. Not one part of the refurbishment has been completed. Just demolition and even more mess than how it started. Peter sent photos of the job to make us think work was going in the right direction. Had to go on a wild goose chase to get my property keys back. Sadly Peter does not live at his registered business address. Met his unfortunate ex wife who apparently deals with many such people like myself paying her such visits. She told me to join the long queue. Met his workmen who also claimed they were owed money. Nobody seems to know where he truly resides. Be careful, stay away and go with someone reputable.
