'I really couldn't have wished for a better instructor! Phil's one of the friendliest, encouraging (and chattiest!) people I've ever met. I've always been hesitant to start driving but Phil had so much faith in me my fears soon faded. I always felt safe when I was driving with him in the passenger seat and he always adopted a simple approach to not overwhelm me with information and just made driving seem easy! Everything we did was tailored to suit me and there wasn't one moment when I felt I was out of my depth and not in control with Phil there to help me out and answer every question I could think of, even silly ones that didn't really make sense!
