I have 30 years of hypnotherapy experience, having been seeing paying clients since 1993. Previously I was a mental health nurse in London, involved in a walk-in counselling service and crisis intervention service, both being among the first to be offered by the NHS
Because every client is unique
I take an individualised approach to every new client, agreeing a therapy plan for his or her needs and preferences. I never read from a script. Because I understand the underlying elements of hypnotherapy I am able to tailor my therapy to each new client instead of following a preconceived formula.
