Techniques

Curative Hypnotherapy:
Curative Hypnotherapy uses the natural state
of hypnosis to harness the power of the subconscious mind and imagination within each of us. Simply being in hypnosis relaxes both mind and body, allowing tension and stress to drift away. Half an hour in hypnosis can be as refreshing as a nights sleep.
It is in this very relaxed frame of mind that positive suggestions for change can easily be accepted by the subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind stores memories and experiences, and controls all the automatic physical and mental processes that continue beneath conscious awareness. When in a hypnotic trance, the everyday conscious mind remains aware and in control, whilst allowing the subconscious mind to accept positive suggestions for change.
Alpha Acupressure Technique
A rapid and very effective process to change physical and emotional states within the body and mind. Has been effective in reversing an auto-immune condition and several autonomic conditions such as blushing, excessive sweating, psoriasis and eczema.

EmoTrance
A gentle, self-processed means of releasing the physical feelings within the body evoked by negative emotions. Initially you will be guided through the process, and once you have experienced the ease and speed of the effect you will always be able to practice it yourself

Past Life Regression:
A way of exploring the possible reasons for problems experienced in ones present life.
Even when undertaken apparently only from a sense of curiosity, it can have a profound effect, usually for the better, in physical, mental or emotional health for the client in
many cases.

EFT
EFT is a simple, gentle and non-invasive technique that can release negative emotions and bring permanent freedom from many physical and emotional problems in minutes.

It is painless, has no known side effects, is usually permanent and, at times, little short of miraculous.
It combines acupuncture point tapping with focussed thought that helps release blockages in the bodys energy system and allows energy to flow freely.

There are many case histories of victims of rape and traumatic accidents as well as Vietnam veterans who have been helped by using EFT and it has also been used in Bosnia with the victims of war atrocities.

Recent successes include dispelling exam fears, removing a severe dental phobia of many years duration, removing obsessions and attachments to a lost love. It is not uncommon for long lasting phobias or fears to be released in one session of treatment.
Similarly, psychological pain such as anxiety, depression and addictions caused by traumatic incidents or childhood memories can often be relieved in a single session.
