Probably the worst
Trying to release my pension. This has been going on for three months. First they sent all the wrong forms, then after I took time off work to ring them, fifteen working days later the sent the right ones. Then 15 working days later they sent a demand for a witnessed copy of ID. Sent that back three weeks ago and still heard nothing. Worst bloody firm I've ever had dealings with. Don't use them!
