Based in Stoke-on-Trent, we routinely work in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire but we are also willing to travel further afield to accommodate your needs.
Having gained extensive experience working for commercial providers of occupational health, we soon realised we could better use our expertise running our own business, giving people a first-class service and putting the customer's best interests at the very heart of everything we do. Working for ourselves and being able to provide excellent occupational health services with a personal touch saw our business take flight like a phoenix, born from our previous experiences. It was this rebirth that inspired us to call our new venture Phoenix Occupational Health.
Once you decide to use our services, we will assign you a dedicated case manager so you will always deal with the same person, who will know and understand the needs of your business. This will help us to build a good relationship with you, allowing us to swiftly respond to your occupational health needs.
As well as working with large firms, we have extensive experience of helping small businesses and can offer a pay-as-you-go service as well as more traditional contracted services. In most cases our team will come to you so your staff do not have to spend valuable time away from the workplace to attend appointments.

Phoenix Occupational Health have been providing an Occupational Health service since 2008, I have worked closely with Lyndsey since then as she has provided advice and guidance on a range of employee sickness absence issues as well as initiating a number health promotions within the college. As well as being very knowledgeable and totally professional, Lyndsey always strikes a good balance between recognising the needs of the employee as well as providing clear, thorough and practical advice to the employer and employee’s manager. She focuses on facilitation of the employee’s return to work by ensuring that the manager understands the support that the individual will need to enable their successful return to work. Their work has involved fitness for work assessments and occupational health assessments for a wide range of medical conditions. The service provided and the reports received are extremely thorough.
