Bad service
No communication once phone was received by special delivery won't answer phone emails or Paypal disputes Waited a week so far!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR PHONE TO THIS MAN!!
I recently sent my phone in to repair the screen and was asked to supply another number as they would call once they had repaired the phone. I heard nothing so continued to call the Phone Doctor numerous times over a 4 week peripd. I decided to just turn up one day at his stall in MK market to be told very rudely that he had fixed my phone but because i never collected it he took the new screen off again. I informed him that he never called as promised and he said 'i do not call customers'. I then informed him that i had called several times but he never answered his phone. It was obvious that he was lying and i took my phone back off him.

Professional service
Totally professional, no nonsense repairs. Had a cracked Iphone 4s and felt confident leaving it with Gary to repair, he fixed it within half an hour. Apple said it was beyond repair! Thank you Phone Doctor i am really pleased with the service. I was recommended to you by a friend I will be doing the same.

Be very wary
I would not recommend this company. Customer Service was non existent. No replies to emails and rarely answered the phone. No updates regarding progress of the repair were sent through the website , i had to call several times till they answered to br told they would get back to me. Just received my phone back with no letter or email stating what the outcome was or what had been tried ie new battery etc. I sent my phone in the original phone box and did not get the box back. Tried contacting again through phone, email and text - no response.
