We specialise in soft tissue treatments for Achilles tendonitis, and rotator cuff tendonitis and simple strains such as calf and hamstring.

We deal with post- surgical rehabilitation i.e. after spinal fusion, and have links with top orthopaedic specialists to ensure you have a smooth recovery from your surgery.

We are sited in Virgin Active gym which provides us with a state of the art large gym area with all the latest in training technology including Watt bikes, a 25m pool for hydrotherapy, and a full range of specialist strength training equipment. You do not have to be a member to access these facilities, whilst receiving treatment.
