She was so lovely and knew lots about all of the jewellery in store. Despite there being masses of jewellery she knew exactly where all her stock was! She told me she was only 19 years old and I'm still in shock at how much she knew about all types of things ranging from gold, silver and diamonds and coloured gems. She had an amazing accent as well. I'm just so impressed, I've been in there before and have had lots of blunt members of staff who don't seem to be around anymore. Highly recommend but only ask for the young girl!
