She orders the dresses from abroad and only allows collection just before the wedding. Dresses are completely different from the one you ordered. Do not go there. Wish we hadn't gone there. Biggest regret of my life. Scummy shop and service

So happy with my Dress.
After watching the show on TV, I couldn't wait to go there to try on dresses. I was not disappointed, I received a warm welcome when I arrived, I was greeted by Sam and Andrea. I wasn't sure exactly what dress I wanted but after trying many different styles, I found my perfect dress. I can't wait to wear it on my Big day.

Worst experience- Do NOT SHOP HERE
Terrible experience here, very unprofessional. I bought my wedding dress from here and when I picked it up I noticed a funny smell so my mum went back and asked if they wouldn't mind getting it cleaned as it had obviously been stored in a smelly place. She was greeted with abuse from a woman and her daughter that work in the store. She was screamed at they offered no customer service and frankly due to this whole experience my wedding dress feels tainted. I feel heartbroken that something so important for the most special day of my life has been ruined by the lack of customer service I received at Butterfly Brides after they took my money.

I'm soooo Happy.
WOW! It doesn't get better than this. The ladies are so helpful and patient and nothing is too much trouble. Great selection of dresses at amazing prices. Would recommend to any brides on a budget (or not!) So happy with my dress :-)

I Love Pink Butterfly Brides!!!
I love Pink Butterfly brides, I cannot praise this shop enough. As soon as I walked in with my bridesmaids last year I knew I wanted to spend my money there. The staff were amazing and I cannot thank them enough for spoiling me & the girls & looking after us the way she did. I bought my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses from here & they were amazing & every one said my wedding dress was the nicest dress they'd ever seen! I was so sad when it was all over & they helped me carry the dresses to my car but luckily my best friends just bought her dress from here so we will cross paths again soon! Champers at the ready. I Love Pink Butterfly Brides!!!
I love Pink Butterfly brides, I cannot praise this shop enough. As soon as I walked in with my bridesmaids last year I knew I wanted to spend my money there. The staff were amazing and I cannot thank them enough for spoiling me & the girls & looking after us the way she did. I bought my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses from here & they were amazing & every one said my wedding dress was the nicest dress they'd ever seen! NO Dress Stress & Terrible service
After being a Bridesmaid for one of best friends and having the Brides dress, 4 bridesmaid dresses and a mother of the brides dress all from Pink Butterfly brides, we were horrified at the service. For our fitting in April the owner Sam wore a necklace with the C**t word on- possibly inappropriate! To be told all dresses will be in within 10 weeks as they were coming from America. After not arriving when expected, myself, the bride and mother of the bride called constantly for an update of the dresses to be told she knows nothing and can be in 3-4 weeks before the wedding they could come in, when this is not what we were originally told. When the dresses finally made it into the country they were held at customs for 21 days without a valid reason according to Sam and the wedding only weeks away. After calling daily to find out what’s going on to be told by Sam ' be more patient ' with only a week to go till the wedding. The dresses finally came in 6 days before the wedding. Alterations were needed to be made to most dresses even though they were supposedly made to measure. Some too long - people don't just grow! The dresses were finally picked up 3 days before the wedding and yes they looked beautiful on the wedding day but the service, the worry and stress of not having dresses up until 6 days before the wedding took away from the whole experience completely. The customer service was shocking and when calling up to enquire, no one was rude we just calling looking for information & were greeted with a very snotty Sam who was getting annoyed at us calling yet she was not getting in touch with anyone especially not the bride, hence us calling constantly. The whole experience has been terrible and has really taken away from the wedding. The customer service was terrible and Sam doesn't have a welcoming manner and we all felt she looked down her nose at us with an attitude. Wedding's and the build up are such an important part of the day and Pink Butterfly Brides have taken this away from the bride. Please think wisely before using their services. Hope this is helpful to people A very disappointed Bridesmaid x

First Class
I purchased My wedding dress here, The service Was fantastic, the staff were friendly And approachable, My wedding dress was perfect the quality amazing and B E A U T I F U L I loved, Loved, Loved it !! My Mother also bought an outfit and hers was simply gorgeous she looked and felt fab. In response to the other customers comments: I work in customer service for a large well known department store, We have customers who purchase clothes to wear for special occasions, then after they have worn them want they're money back claiming it was "unwearable"!! Unfortunately these type of people plan on doing this before they've even worn the outfit!? We are cracking down on these people as they increase prices for all of us!!

shocking shop at your own risk
I spent an awful ot of money with this shop and im extremley disapointed .I bought a mother of the bride outfit along with a wedding dress and on the day of my daughters wedding my dress fell apart my bust literally fell out of the front of the dress because the bones in the dress snapped. the skirt of the dress fell apart as well and on closer inspection i noticed the dress had been tacked and not properly sewn. when i complained i was told i couldn't have my money back all they would do is repair it!!!! what joke shopping at this shop was a disaster and i can honestly say my day was ruined. thank you pink butterfly i will be taking action against you. as your customer service skills were dreadful you shoul not be allowed to get away with ripping people off. Shame on you.
