Eternal Flame, how it works.

The Eternal Flame scheme is an installation and maintenance contract like few others.
If you have a boiler installed under the scheme, you pay an installation charge, typically £1400 - £2000, and a monthly service charge. The boiler is guaranteed for as long as you pay the monthly premiums. Note that other service/maintenance providers will only truely guarantee your boiler for 7-10 years (look for "uneconomic to repair in the terms and conditions).
The monthly service/maintenance charge includes an annual boiler service. Parts and labour of any repairs, with no call out charge, excess, or limit (if the boiler becomes uneconomical to repair, you get a new boiler supplied and fitted, free!)
If your boiler is over 20 years old, it is likely costing you £200 plus in extra gas costs compared to a new A rated condensing boiler. You don't even have to have a "combi", we also fit A rated conventional boilers.
Fit and forget, the last boiler you will ever have to buy!
