They are by far the slowest slow, slow, slow, slow super slow company I have ever had the unfortunate bad luck to deal with. Just to give you an idea of the pace or should I say "LACK OF" in this company, the closest I can describe is a "SNAIL WITH ASTHMA". I cannot stress to you enough PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't deal with them they take your money, don't respond to emails blatantly lie to you, then have the unbelievable cheek to treat you like dog poo, they are the rudest solicitors I have ever spoke to. Completely un professional in anyway shape or form. Please look at other reviews on Google etc for the sister companies they are just as predictable as this. Just wish I could give NO STARS.
