Awful, avoid

Booked in on their bounty offer for a free session and 1 complimentary photo for my 3 month old son. I carefully timed his feeds so the session would be post feed when he is usually happy and alert and not due a sleep. We were kept waiting for 40 minutes despite me warning the staff that my son would be due a sleep half an hour after our scheduled start time and would then become very grouchy. Sure enough 45 minutes past our scheduled start time and 5 minutes into our very late shoot he had a complete melt down as he was by then overtired. Totally predictable by anyone with any experience working with small infants. Oh well we thought, at least they managed a few photos so we can get the free one and out it down to experience. Afraid not, they will not give you the free photo unless they take 30 shots to try and flog to you. So we left with a very distressed and over tired son and nothing to show for it. Why they couldn't give us the free photo to make up for the distressing experience they caused us by being so very very late I don't know. Staff seemed completely amateurish and showed a lack of experience working with children. They weren't even very apologetic for wasting our time and distressing our child. Avoid.
