My daughter and partner were persuaded to book an appointment for their newborn by the tempting starter offer. Once their the hard sell began with photo packages and quotes - 1500 to 2000 pounds. The woman offered to knock a few pounds off here and there as a gesture - but nothing significant. The soft rug was filthy and smelt, the props amateurish and the she pushed for a decision there and then without a chance to properly consider the photos and packages at home. This is not an isolated case as we have since found out other couples with babies have had the same experience. The whole experience was a hard sell rip off. The photos have now been completed in the comfort of home - professionally and sensitively - for under 200 hundred pounds! There should be a no star rating on this.
