OMG!!! the worst service in the world!!

after ordering a pizza chicken nuggets and chips at 5.45 pm (edt 45 mins) it took a record breaking 2 hours and 10 mins (and 6 phone calls) to actually recieve my food, which turned up stone cold and with no appology. i complained and got my next order reduced. which was only 2 chicken burgers! however the next order 2 chicken burgers, chicken nuggets and chips (with a little salad) took an hour and half to deliver and it turned up cold and with out chips i rang to complain and ask for a refund i am not eating re heated chicken when pregnant i got told that he would send the chips out asap but by then the kids who wanted chips were in bed so i said no i wanted a refund. he said no i will give you the £8 credit next time. I said no and he said he was sorry and hed send the driver back with it and the chips i said ok but when he turned up he had chips and pizza but no money i said i didnt ask for pizza and he said its from the shop and that he was sorry and hopefully it was warm enough for me this time. it was pushing 9.30 and i gave up the pizza no one liked that flavour so wasnt eaten. i rang the next night and got told that i wasnt getting my money back or credit cuz i had said i just wanted chips! after 3 phone calls to someone who barely talks english i have given up. Do not use this take away!!!!! the service is so poor and they dont respect our custom.
