Pizza Express
The Pizza Express in Waterloo is very handy if you have been on London Eye as we had when we first visited this branch.It is a large restaurant which is quite dark as it is down a level but it does feel spacious and roomy.The service has been good but not very speedy.The pizza and chocolate Italian ice cream was very enjoyable. The bambaccino (frothy milk without any coffee) did not go down well though.It is possible to get combined deals for visiting another attraction and then eating at this Pizza Express which is good for a day trip.

Pizza Express
This is in a great location – just behind the South Bank. It's large too so you can generally get a seat even though it's popular. Pizza Express is usually very reliable on the food front – its menu is the same at all its branches although the odd ingredients do change (the dough and dressings can be different). The pizzas and especially the salads are really tasty. They are decent sizes and there's an extensive choice. Their pastas are still limited. Staff here have always been helpful – they've even apologised when they haven't had a particular wine in stock. It's not the most original of choices but it's always a good bet either for just a couple of people or a larger group.
