Angry!!!

Really disappointed in Pizza Italia at the moment. I ordered the deal where you get 2x 10 inch pizzas, 10 in garlic bread, 2 chips or 2 cokes. It arrived 10 minutes late (which wasn't to bad) by some new young lad driver, he was sweet bless him he forgot the cokes and mayos(which were in the car) and then when I asked him where the garlic bread was he rang back the takeaway and got it sent out, the pizza's were STONE cold and they were also NOT 10 inch!! It says on google it depends on how many slices you cut in the pizza for a 10 inch but I even measured my pizza and it was clearly a 7 inch! I rang them up to ask how many slices they do for a 10 inch they said 4, I asked how many slices they do for a 7 inch and again it was 4? That obviously doesn't make sense so I could of bought a 7 inch for cheaper and got the SAME?!! they had bad attitude on the phone. Passing the phone to other people in the shop because they messed up there words. In the end they gave me free chips which tasted like they had been left overs from the day before and had just been stuck in the microwave. Usually when I order from here it's perfect. I would say they do the best pizza but this time was just ridiculous to say the least!!! Bad customer service! Half the order missing! Not even correct order and got the size of pizza WRONG! useless people how hard can it be to get 1 order right? I also ordered on a Sunday, it's not as busy as a Friday-Saturday!!!!
