About
We offer various machining services which include turning, milling, horizontal grinding, drilling, cylindrical grinding and horizontal boring.
Light fabrication and welding is another area which we offer including M.M.A. (manual metallic arc) welding and M.I.G. (metal inert gas) welding.
Plan-it Precision Engineering was started as an engineering firm in 1964 by four partners. In early life, its main customer base was Singer Sewing Machine Company in Clydebank and various steelworks throughout central Scotland. The firm is now run by the son and two grandchildren of one of the founding partners.
