Had an advisor round and agreed to take out a Will. They contacted me 10 days later about writing my Will but I could not at the time due to just having surgery and not being legally allowed to make descision. They then arrange to ring me at a later date/time but did not ring at arranged time and this then carried on for serval weeks back and forth. I then requested a refund and was told that it would not be a problem. After 12 week of chasing refund I was then passed to another manager whom advised me that I was out of my 7 days cool off period and that they would not refund me. Do no use this company if you want your last wishes to be passed on to your family. Should be Nil Stars but not available

BEST ADVICE EVER
BEING AN ETERNAL PESSIMIST I WAS SKEPTICAL TO SAY THE LEAST WHEN I WAS PERSUADED TO BUY A WILL FROM A COMPANY CALLED PLATINUM WILLS, BUT FOR £70 IT WAS WORTH A GO. HOWEVER FROM THE MINUTE THEY CONTACTED ME UNTIL I RECEIVED MY WILL THEY COULDN'T DO ENOUGH FOR ME. IT WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED, NO SELLING, NO MESSING JUST COLD HARD FACTS AND THE BOTTOM LINE - THE RESULT WAS THAT I NOW KNOW MY FAMILY ARE PROTECTED AND IF I EVER NEED ANYTHING FURTHER THEY ARE JUST ONE CALL AWAY!!!

PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT
I was sold a Will by a 3rd party supplier as mine was out of date. We were contacted in 48 hours, their rep turned up on time and within 2 hours we had learned more about wills and how our family were not protected than I have ever been told in the past. We selected what we needed for now with no pressure and within a week everything arrived with easy to understand steps to make sure everything was completed properly. We have recommended 3 of our friends all of whom have received a similar first class service!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I was very happy with their services. They contacted me within a day to make sure I knew what they did, having been introduced to them by another firm, and asked a lot of questions about what I wanted. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, explained a few things that could have gone wrong otherwise, and sorted out the paperwork in about a week. Not sure about these other reviews - my experience was very good. I've passed on their details to other members of my family.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICES
ABSOLUTELY DISPICABLE COMPANY HAD A LADY ROUND NAMED PAT PARMAR IN JUNE 2012. BY SEPTEMBER 2012 NO WILL TOOK £269.00 FROM ME AND AM NOW ONLY GETTING A REFUND WHICH THEY ARE RELUNCTANT TO GIVE NEVER EVER USE THEM !!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS IF I COULD HAVE!!

TOTALLY MISLEADING, £80 FOR A WILL ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.MORE LIKE TRY TO SELL AS MANY EXTRAS AS POSSIBLE, 45 MIN REVIEW LASTED 2 1/4 HOURS. WHEN YOU DECIDE YOU DONT WANT THEIR SERVICE, THEY SAY ONE THING THEN LIE ABOUT ANOTHER, AND GET NO REFUND. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS, BUT THEY DON'T DO NEGATIVE
