We offer an Architectural design service for domestic extensions, alterations, loft conversions, garage conversions, re modelling and internal alterations.

Services - Commercial

PLS Cheshire Ltd. have many years experience in a wide variety of disciplines including retail fit-out, building and Project Management.

Catering for all size of retail business, we specialise in the design, layout and project management of new stores and refits including HVAC, power, lighting and other requirement, submitting for relevant Statutory approvals and managing cost control and contractors.

Fees

We are flexible and can work on a fixed fee basis or on hourly, daily, weekly rates.

An initial consultation is generally free, please call to discuss your requirements.

Statutory Consents

We handle the applications for Planning Permission and Building Regulation Approval on your behalf and deal with any queries or alterations as part of this process which will be included within the fee.

Domestic clients - Area covered

We undertake work across the North West in areas such as Bolton, Preston, Wigan, Skelmersdale, Leigh, Warrington, St Helens, Widnes, Knutsford, Wilmslow, Lymm, Irlam, Blackburn etc. Please call to discuss.

Commercial - Areas covered

We work with commercial clients across the UK with projects recently completed in Kent, Central London, Birmingham, Newcastle and Glasgow.
