Disappointing
When orders go smoothly I can't recommend BES enough. However, good luck trying to get a reply when an order goes wrong. I recently paid extra for an order to be delivered on a Saturday. I ordered well before the cut off time, my order was not delivered until the following Monday. This has cost me an additional unnecessary 90 mile journey simply to fit a part taking two minutes. Despite more than six attempts to get hold of BES by email and phone I have yet to receive a reply nearly a month later. I have been left out of pocket not only by the extra paid for premium delivery but the 90 mile journey and half a days labour lost to having to make a return to the job.
