We operate from 21,000 sq ft of workshop space, applying modern lean manufacturing methods alongside technologically advanced machinery to bring you the highest quality unit in the shortest time possible. Our forward thinking management have the ability to respond to the most demanding of our customer’s needs without the need to compromise, and our Draughtsmen use the latest drawing software to produce working 3D drawings and elevations from any specification, and are always on hand to provide any technical information or help.

Specifications are then fed to CNC machines or our new fully computerised Beamsaw which executes the processes needed for assembly. These machines work in conjunction with up to date Edgebanders that can apply either Timber or Plastic lipping to the components. These are then passed on to our highly skilled bench hand joiners, who construct units of the best calibre.

This process means we can supply clients with units which have been closely monitored at each stage to ensure that you receive a truly premium item.
