Life coaching is different to counseling, therapy and mentoring. It focuses on the positive:- the here and now, and more importantly, the future. When working with a life coach, you will set your own goals, and with the coach’s help, explore the reality around them, whilst considering the various options available. This will then enable you to set yourself clear actions which in turn will lead you to finally realise your goals and dreams. You as the client will set the agenda of the sessions
