Pole became my passion after my 1st ever lesson! if you've tried it it's easy to see why!
I've always been into fitness and dance, but pole took me to a different dimension.
It's a new and amazing way to get fit, tone, loose weight, build muscle, get flexible, improve gracefulness and learn fun stunts and dance routines all in 1hr and a half class!
Pole it's fitness, it's dance, it's energetic, it's technique, it's progress, it's strengthening, it's addictive, it's socializing, it's magnetic.. and the list goes on and on.
Think it's not for you? try it! why not? you never know and you might just find your fix!
After only a couple of classes you'll be amazed at what your body is capable of doing. And the fun thing about Pole is that you see instant progress. Of course a lot depends on your learning attitude. But I guarantee you, no matter how 'unfit' you are, or how little strength you think you have.. Pole fitness in only a couple of classes will amaze you!

This class is tailored made to your ability and level, so if you want to go faster or slower than the rest, is completely up to you. If you are brave and willing to try I'll put you upside down by the 3rd class. if you're more cautious and would rather slowly get there and gain more confidence, you can take all the time you need.
Classes run every Sunday from 6-7.30 pm at Atlas Gym in Wolverton MK12 5JQ
