We are proud to be the original pond maintenance company in West Sussex, providing a variety of pond repairs and management for domestic and business customers in Horsham, Haywards Heath and Worthing, and surrounding areas. We focus on maintaining the condition of your ornamental water feature and we also install and maintain all of its associated equipment. We can carry out regular maintenance visits if required and treat the pond to keep it healthy.
About Our Company
Established in 1995, we are an independent pond maintenance company based in Horsham. We celebrate more than 25 years of combined experience in restoring garden ponds throughout West Sussex. Our team is fully trained with BTEC and National Diplomas, allowing us to provide comprehensive services and advice for pond maintenance and pond repairs. We combat poor water quality, filtration issues and manage bank and waterborne vegetation for ponds and lakes.
The common problems that we regularly encounter are silted up ponds which harm the efficiency of your pond and its equipment. We resolve this by cleaning your pond and servicing your existing equipment before fitting new pond pumps etc. But we also assess the situation and only when necessary fit new equipment to enhance the results and reduce your maintenance requirements.
Damage to the lining of garden ponds from age and or the local environment is another issue remedied with our and effective pond repairs. We will always repair over replacement as it keeps your cost down and speeds up the time which your fish are away from their home. But we do reline when your existing liner is no longer a viable option.

Ross came to renovate and repair my pumping and filtration system. He spent time trying to save me money , repairing cables and by NOT replacing the pump. But he gave me a little tutorial, showing me the fault inside the pump and arranging to come back at another time. He diagnosed problems with cabling as being due to the foxes who inhabit the garden. He also gave lots of advice about fish and pond care. He came back as planned and the charges made were extremely reasonable. Everything was tidied up properly. Excellent service and competitively priced. Ross removed the fish and plants, emptied the pond, cleaned & removed the sludge and then refilled and reinstated its occupants. Ross then cleaned the filter and the surrounding stonework. The job was completed in a few hours and the water is crystal clear and most importantly he tidied up the garden and left it neat and tidy. Ross was extremely helpful and clearly explained what I should do to keep the pond & fish & newts at their best. I will definitely use Ross again and I highly recommend him to you for pond cleaning.
