I booked an appointment for an eyebrow wax. When I have been in before, I have taken my children with me and they have sat quietly for the 5 minutes that the appointment takes. On this occasion, I walked in and was promptly ignored! After a couple of minutes, one of then,aides said "Louise?". No hello, welcome, anything. She them looked down her nose and said. "what are you going to do with them?". I explained that they had always come with me before and that they would come in and sit quietly. She told me that I mustn't bring my children for treatments because of health and safety. I suggested that as the appointment was only 5 minutes, it wouldnt be a problem. She said they couldn't so I explained that I would takemy custom elsewhere.
