Do not under any circumstances buy off this mob i was completely ripped off buying my 17 year old daughter her first car within 3 months the car was done they then proceeded to authorise £311 of work to be done on the car with absolutely no communication or permission from myself or my daughter to do so saying that they would pay for it to then tell me after god knows how many phone calls from ME to them that it was my fault the car was not working and that their warranty company had tested the car even though he couldn't tell me when ( the warranty company had no record of the car ) when unbeknown to Derek the so called car salesman that i had spoken to the garage owner and was told all issues that were wrong with the car. This is not under no circumstances over!! Trading Standards have been contacted and they will pay!! STEER CLEAR at all costs go with a reputable company DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

bought a car from them on a saturday, had it looked over by a mechanic on the wednesday. found dangerous faults on it. phoned port dundas car sales & was told that you wouldnt buy a pair of trainers & expect your money back when the sole falls off. so im now £1100 out of pocket with a scrap car. avoid here at all costs.

BUYERS BEWARE!! Very nice to you when enquiring and buying the car however once you have signed the dotted line thats the last you will hear from them. Bought a car last month to find within a week that the engine is faulty and the warranty company will not cover as it is obvious to them that the car had inherent problems at the time of sale! Emailed Port Dundas car sales who stated speak to Warranty company - Called Warranty company who are stating contact the dealer, Contacted the dealer again who has refused my consumer rights for a repair, replacement and return. I have had the car for 18 days now. the EML light is now on, it has burnt through 10+ litres of oil since I have had it and the dealer (Derek) has told me that us people how spout about consumer rights are misguided (this is after I chased him 3 times in 1 day to get him on the phone) and that he hears this stuff all the time. Stated I should take him to court. So car bought and now have to either pay £100's for repairs or go to court to get my £2000 back!
