poor quality product & bad service
Was fitting out our new house last year and went to portadown tiles to kit out our new bathroom. We purchased what we were told by the salesman was quality product, it was more than we were originally going to spend but thought it was worth a bit bit more to get a good quality product. Turns out the product sold to us was poor quality and when we returned to the store to try to get replacements they basically laughed us out the store.
