Photo nightmare!
I was told my photos would take 2 weeks and they took 6 weeks - but no one confirmed to me when they were in. When getting them (after waiting all that time) the picture they took was so dark i couldn't even see my son - i receive one free picture which they picked (free with bounty pack) and they one the girl picked was awful. When asking for a manager - the manager was not there - and the girl couldn't do anything about it. I have been told my head quatred manager will be in contact in 48 hours - i am still waiting.. after waiting so long, i'm really upset with the pictures and advice people to beware when going here. The pictures were very expensive compared to other places.

Great photo's - great price
The photographer took excellent photo's effortlessly and quickly of my 4 children of 2, 5, 8 and 11 yrs old. He held their attention and got them looking very natural and true to their character. The price was good too (much less than what I paid elsewhere 6 months before). The only negative I have is that it took really long to get the photo's back (almost a month) but maybe I should be happy that the photo's are great.
