Posh paws provides a grooming service for dogs. Grooming prices start from â£12 and nail cutting, bathing, clipping, anal glands and ear plucking and cleaning are all included in the prices given if these are required for your dog. I also sell treats, toys and grooming equipment for dogs.

I have been taking my Westie , Scruff to Posh Paws since it opened and i dont know what i would do without Amy's service. She is so caring and considerate and nothing is too much trouble. Amy has even collected Scruff when i couldnt make it in due to a recent operation. If everyone took as much pride in their work as Amy the world would be a better place!

We cannot praise amy highly enough for her great work on ashbee, our border collie. She takes great care with him and always has done what has been best for him, We have no worries leaving ashbee in amys capable hands whatsoever. If we ever let his coat become long and knotty we would have no complaint with amy having to go short with him as it would be in his best interest. Many thanks once again Amy!!

My name is Amy and i own Posh Paws. My customers are satisfied with the service i provide and that is why they continue to come back to me time and time again! I am always busy, so much so that i am in the process of employing an assistant to help me in the salon. I always meet the requirements of my customers and do my best to advise them of what is best for each individual dog. In the event a dogs coat is matted it will need clipping short. The reason for this is because the blades will not only go through the coat but also trying to brush a matted dog would only cause them severve stress and discomfort. Any customer that comes into my salon is more than welcome to stay with their dog. If i have ever come accross problems with any dog that has been left in my care i always make the customer aware of it. I am fully qualified in dog grooming and i have over 10 yrs experience with handling dogs. The accusations made are false. The Kingston Vet group on Beverley road have vetted me and have reccommended me since i opened the salon nearly 5 years ago.

excellent service
I have been taking my Japanese spitz to posh paws for a year now, and I am totally happy with the service that Amy provides. She does an excellent job of grooming him, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Excellent caring service
We own a Chow Chow and have been using Amy at Posh Paws to groom, clean, and care for Mimi's luxurious coat for over 5 years. I write this because Posh Paws have often closely cut Mimi and as many times have left her thick fur and luxurious. My inclination is that they do know what they are doing. The vet that sees her often has always complemented us on Mimi's condition, hair, nails, skin and general upkeep and that is due to Posh Paw's (Amy's) expertise and cannine knowledge that puts the dog first and not the owner's idea of what may be best. We have no complaints.
