Disgraceful customer service
I chose to go here on the basis of being thinking the business presents itself as having good standards. Unfortunately, the manager was rude, brash in her manner and had an obvious attidude problem. She did not take the time and care to explain the service range and costs, which led to confusion. When I tried to clarify prices I was met with a defensive, disrepectful and unprofessional appraoch. She also chose to inappropriately express her diapproval of how she viewed afro-caribbean clients in comparrison to those who are not! I would not return again and would not advice anyone else to.
