Total frustration Only place I could source antique brass handles but soon my delight turned to total frustration. No response to phone calls, Emails-complete ignorance. They took money from account immediately and my credit card company have had to retrieve it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. No stars really

Did not receive items and unable to contact seller
Ordered goods on 18 December and still not received goods. Have had no communication from seller and despite trying to contact them by phone and email, they have ignored my communication to them. Will not use this company again.

POOR SERVICE
Poor Service. Did not supply correct items. Failed to answer phone calls. Failed to acknowledge Emails and Web site message. No contact postal address given on web site. Will not trade with this company again.
