Terrible Service

I went to collect a Parcel Force delivery from the Royal Mail depot at Market Street as my slip simply stated Market Street. I was told that they do not do Parcel Force so I need to go the Post Office "at the other side of town". After then proceeding to the Post Office near to the friary on the other side of town, I was then told they did not do Parcel Force and that I had been wrongly informed, I should have been in fact told to go into the Market Street Post Office where my parcel would be waiting behind the counter. A week after finally collecting my parcel, I realised that I had yet to receive another parcel which I had ordered on the same date. After contacting the company from whom I had bought the parcel, it then transpired that the Post Office at Market Street had received two parcels for me on the same date and only decided to give me the first. The customer service personnel I was faced with made it very difficult for me to collect my second parcel seeing as I had no delivery slip (their own fault as they should have given me both on my first collection trip). The staff and customer service at this branch were appalling and disgraceful. Customers should not have to go through this amount of stress to simply try and receive the service they are claiming to offer.
