Went in for a Brazilian but wanted a Hollywood. The beautician said she was comfortable with a Brazilian but would try for a Hollywood. Ended up plucking the hairs around the sides for half an hour as she was unable to wax them off. There was still hair visible but she charged me for a Hollywood. Will not be going back. Was not impressed.
