confused
went in recently to get some plots printed. we used to use g and m dunn in dudley but heard the staff had moved and joined up with powells. we turned up and the staff werent there and a very offish woman came and grunted at us and was very unhelpful. very poor service and different from where we went before. after some research we found that recently 5 staff members had left due to poor working environment and bullying by managers. the lady who we asked explained lots of people were unhappy which is why she left. 'id rather be unemployed' she said to us. extortionate prices but i was desperate so paid up but i told the woman id never go back. the manager couldnt care less as she couldnt be bothered to take my complaint. this is why small local businesses dont survive. they have lost there heart.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
my goodness.i go in regularly to buy jiffybags or equivlent and last time when i showed my face the first lady i saw called suzanne shouted 'im on lunch see someone else' and then the manager came and started huffin and puffing at me. this place is going downhill,high staf turnover, ther were 2 good staff who have gon, a lovely lady and a young guy. KEEP AWAY THIS PLACE IS AWFUL OVERPRICED AND RUBBISH SERVICE
