I called Jeff having just moved six students out who had left the carpet in a terrible state. They appeared to have had a moving out party on a wet weekend and dirt had been trudged in to the hall, stairs and downstairs cloakroom carpets as well as red wine spillages and other unknown liquids. We were in the midst of carrying out a deep clean and had new tenants moving in within a few days so we needed the carpets cleaned to a high standard and quickly. Jeff came within an hour of me calling and returned the next day after we had finished our deep clean. He got all the stains out and brought the carpet up to a really good standard, I couldn't actually see where Jeff had managed to extract the stains. I would definately use Jeff again, I only marked 4 stars for value for money as you can get cheaper but I do believe you pay for what you get. Great service, very professional and a really high quality finish.
