Good place always there in time have everything in stock had a freezer 2 days ago working completely fine. just to confirm delivery they were very polite. answered straight away.

Don't bother!!!
From my experience do not even think about purchasing any item from this company!!! Had a fridge freezer delivered 11 days ago... 2 days ago it stopped working and defrosted everything!! Unbeknown to us the fridge part wasnt working at the correct temp... My young son ended up with food poisoning!! Rang them and was told they would collect it, and after much complaining a refund was offered. Waited in all day for them to collect it.... 9 phonecalls later and being told story after story, i went to the shop. I was told the van was broken so they could not collect it.. And therefore not refund me until the van was back up and running!!! So i still have a broken appliance sitting in my kitchen for the next how many days!! Incompetent, shoddy goods, liars and a huge con!! Stay well clear!!!!

Terrible
Bought a freezer from them. Once delivered i took a closer look at the back and noticed inside there was some plastic around a small pipe and copper wire...the plastic looked burned and melted. I decided there was no way i was plugging it in, as i thought it may be a fire hazard. Called the guy and in all fairness he came back out an hour later to take a look. He said it was fine and that they were all the same and that it was not burnt but didnt know what the crispy bit at the bottom was (!). I demanded my money back, and after some grumbling he handed the cash over. Seriously, i would never purchase from them again..

Dangerous - Liars and Cheats
Bought Fridge Freezer. Within 5 weeks leaking water, overheating, and was supposedly frost free but freezer kept freezing. Called and they said would pick it up and re-emburse me, after chasing for 3 days. Freezer now gone from pick up place and they havent called me or reimbursed - now reporting the matter to the police.

Horrendous!
Brought a fridge freezer and a washer. Washer was the first to break. Had a bra strap from the previous owners in there. Took a week for them to bother helping. then the fridge freezer. I had a tall expensive brand from them. That broke over the heat wave we had a couple of months back. They replace it with a smaller cheaper fridge freezer. Now this one is FREEZING my items in the FRIDGE on 0! ( goes from 0 to 3 then S for SUPER FREEZE) Been told it will be sorted yesterday and I'm still waiting for a phone call to say they couldn't even be bothered to replace it yesterday. Very unreliable. Wont be recommending or after anything else from them after this. Have gone to trading standards.

UNRELIABLE
Steer clear totally unreliable and the managers makes several delivery times and either turn up at 23:30hrs at night or not at all and never call to say they will be late and ignore your calls unless your persistent in keep calling them. Lesson learned we will never purchase from here again

treted llike humans here no pushy salesman Sam who dealt with me was superb the only bad thing is i was told it would be delivered between 3 and 7 it turned up at half eight they have all different value items to suit all pockets call Sam now you wont be disappointed talk to Sam for good honest sound advice i guarantee you will not be disappointed all items have guarantees too now that's a bonus
