I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for Carpet Cleaning. i recieved my voucher through and got it booked in straight the way. the girls in the office were really helpful and gave me advice on how to care for my carpets after they had been clean. when the two technicians turned up on the day they were really pleasant and got straight on with the job with no fuss! The carpets looked like brand new after they had finished and even removed stains i never thought would come out! I would definatley recommend to have your carpets cleaned by this company!!

Poor Service | BAD Attitude
Premier came and "cleaned" my carpets today via a groupon deal that i purchased. I must say this has been the worst customer service i have ever experienced. They did a poor job on the carpets, some of the carpet looked dirtier after they had finished then before they started. They also tried to charge extra at every given opportunity. They moved my furniture and did not put it back in place. Very dissatisfied. When i attempted to make a complaint i was sworn at by people from the office! This is not made up and not a joke! Stay well clear for your wallets sake and for your own peace of mind!

Oven Clean - Groupon
0 Stars - I bought a Groupon Voucher for an over priced oven clean in November 2011 it is now March the 22nd and having waited in all yesterday afternoon and having time off work Premier Cleaning didn't turn up for the 3rd time. They also cannot refund me as it needs to be done through Groupon and Groupon claim it will take 10 days because I have redeemed the voucher by making an appointment that Premier Cleaning Cannot Keep... Excuses have been Machinery Doesn't Work, Vehicles have Broken Down, and this is only when i have chased the company by email and phone, they didn't once get back to me without me chasing. I don't understand how they operate a cleaning business??? I would not recommend this company to anyone.... I have since contacted another oven cleaning company in Leicester and they are coming round next week, not 3 months later and they are costing £39 which is only £3 more than the so called offer that Premier Cleaning and Groupon were offering. AVOID
